The History of Bill’s Hardware
Our hardware store was founded by Bill Ploskina in 1979 right in the heart of Arlington. Bill was renowned for providing the best customer service and brand name products for his customers. Bill could often be found greeting customers and running the register to ensure he interracted with every customer who patroned his beloved hardware store.
Sadly, our beloved father, grandfather, friend, and patriarch, passed away in 2021. However, Bill’s wish was to lovingly continue to serve the community beyond his earthly journey. So today, Bill’s son, Sean, and wife, Allison, continue the family-owned business as owner operators of Bill’s Ace Hardware. Proudly, the legacy that Bill’s is known for during Bill Ploskina’s watch coupled with a more contemporary partnership with the Ace Hardware family, we continue to institute Bill’s as a locally-owned treasure for the Arlington community for years to come!
