In 1974 Ed Fisher created a simple cooker made of fired clay. The Big Green Egg store sold a simple cooking device based on the design and materials that had been used for thousands of years. Now the EGGS are made of the same ceramics developed by NASA for the space program. These grills do it all, smoke, grill, low and slow, roast and bake.
An accessory table is available in all-natural, kiln-dried solid planks of genuine acacia wood, which is highly regarded for its excellent weathering characteristics.
